Our beauty!

Well, we started our Christmas off Friday, where we went and visited Jake's Mom and family in Canby for the day! Opened some great gifts and came home that night! Jake was complaining of not feeling well, and sure enough around 2am he was spending time in the bathroom with the flu our girls shared with him. ( I have not had it, knock on wood!)

Saturday, we opened gifts and Gabrielle and I attended church that night! Great service of Christmas music and the Christmas story!

Sunday we woke up. Tried to clean the house... that looked like presents and boxes had over taken us! I went to church that morning by myself! After church, came home and headed over to Jim and Linda's house for some good eats, family time, and of course presents! We all got great gifts! Then came home that night and off to bed it was for all of us!

I has been a busy few weeks....with the flu, Christmas and trying to get Avery back to eating. For about 5 days she was not eating much of anything. Just drinking and eating a few things here and there! I have to admit I was getting a little worried, but she has been eating a little more since last night! So maybe things are turning around!

Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and Have a safe a great New Years also! I will be drinking heavy on the water that night! Go me!!!

Sunday School Christmas Program

Today was the Christmas Sunday School program. What a great joy and blessing to watch all those little kids singing, playing the piano, and reminding us of the TRUE meaning of Christmas! Gabrielle's class sang 4 songs (or so). I have it on video, but it is so big it does not want to load onto Facebook or the blog!

We did have a little bug come and get Gabrielle on Friday night into Saturday night. Was not fun and took a lot of cleaning by Daddy and Mommy to get everything back to "normal" in the house. Shampooing the carpets, disinfecting, washing sheets and clothes! Was a whole day of work! But she is feeling better today and praying it stays away from everyone else in the house!

We are looking forward to spending Christmas as a family this year. The girls are looking forward to opening their Christmas presents and singing Christmas songs ( Mom we need you to play the piano like back in the day, where we had to sing a song to open a gift.)

Merry Christmas to All!

Gabrielle and her friend Lillian! (looking at someone else's camera!)

All the Angels!

Today was my 12 week appt! Everything went great! Baby's heartbeat was picked up quickly! Coming in around the 160's!!! Was so very nice hearing the heartbeat. Still always brings tears and excitement to me knowing there is a little one growing in me! So awesome!

Next appt is Jan 13th!

A little something..

So Jake made me do it...get facebook back...guess he was kind of sick of getting people asking "Will you tell/ask Danelle this?" It was a nice break that was taken though and well needed!

I have my 12 week appt on the 16th of this month. Excited to hear the heartbeat. I am still feeling great, I have my times of nausea and tiredness, but that is to be expected!

We had a great Thanksgiving here. My mom and her significant other came to visit us. It was very nice to have company at our house (does not happen often, I guess it is a far drive or something like that :) We enjoyed a couple days together celebrating family and, of course, shopping. My mom and I left for Sioux Falls around 830pm Thanksgiving night, went to Walmart (craziness), stood in line outside of Target for 1 1/2 hours (back was killing me by the end of that), then stood in line about 45 mins to check out there, off to the mall, where I stood in line for 1 hour at Old Navy (for nothing special)! It was crazy how many teenagers were at the mall just hanging out at 3 in the morning. What parents allow that?? But it was fun had by all. Thanks Mom and Staurt for the visit! Nice seeing you both again! Gets to be to long between visits!
